  • Our contractor is working a few hours per week to remove low hanging branches and deal with other problematic, minor work

• Avoid getting towed! Visitor spaces are not for residents. Residents may not use visitor spaces for an extended time, such as all day or overnight.

• PLEASE, remember to pick up after your pets - it's the neighborly thing to do.

• Wildlife around the complex. Please take care when walking around the property.

  • Some tips if you encounter a coyote:

    • Grab a noisemaker when you walk your dog walk.

    • Make yourself look big.

    • Keep your decks clean.

    • Do not leave pets unattended outside.

  • There have been sightings of one or more foxes in the area

    • Please do not feed or otherwise interact with wildlife unless necessary

    • Keep pets inside and attended
